Pay your dues during Summer Camp
Brothers can now pay their 2010 Monaken Lodge Dues anytime during Summer Camp (July 5 - August 1) at the Trading Post or during the Open Lodge Meetings Friday night. Dues are $10.00 for the year or $20.00 for back dues. Any questions, please see the OA staff member at anytime at Summer Camp.
Rimmey Lodge Chenille Patch Available for pickup
The 25th Anniversary Rimmey Lodge Chenille patch is available for pick up.
Kostich Elected to Section Position
Monaken Lodge had a great time at the NE-4B Section Conclave this past weekend (May 29-31) at Heritage Scout Reservation. 33 Brothers from Monaken attended this, mostly dry, weekend. The theme for the weekend was "Knights in Brotherhood" which was well worked into the Order of the Arrow's theme of Brotherhood.
During the Annual Business Meeting, current Lodge Secretary Teddy Kostich was elected by the Brothers from the five Lodges of NE-4B to the office of Section Secretary. Teddy officially began his term as Section Secretary Sunday afternoon and will serve his term until June 6, 2010.
Teddy joins Mark Sanford (Nachy) as Section Chief and Andy Smith (Wagion) as Section vice Chief. We wish all the best of luck to Teddy and the other Section officers as they begin their term.
Pictures from the weekend and from Teddy's swearing in will be shown Saturday night during the Spring Ordeal!

Boy Scout Summer Camp 2009: July 5 - August 1
All Arrowmen attending or visiting camp this summer are highly encouraged to wear their Scout shirts and OA Sash throughout the course of the week.
There will be an OA staff member on hand throughout the summer that will be available answer any questions you might have. He will also be seeking Brothers to help with the OA Call Outs held on Friday night. If you see him around camp, be sure to say 'hi!'
OA Auction - 7:15pm each Friday on the Trading Post Porch
Each Friday during Family and Vistor Night, there will be a Patch Auction held on the front porch of the Trading Post with the proceeds to benefit Monaken Lodge 103. All Brothers and Arrowmen are encouraged to come out to the Patch Auction!
We will be accepting donations for the patch auction anytime during the week. If you have something you wish to donate, please talk to the OA Camp Staff member anytime during the week.
Summer Camp Call Outs - Following the Campfire each Friday
PLEASE NOTE THAT CALL OUT CEREMONIES WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAYS...NOT WEDNESDAYS
Each Friday, we will be calling out members to be inducted into the Order of the Arrow. This is a very special ceremony and all Brothers in the Order of the Arrow are encouraged to wear their Scout shirt and OA sash for the campfire/ceremony.
The OA staff member will be seeking Brothers throughout the course of the week to help with the OA ceremonies. If you are interested in helping out, please talk to the OA staff member at the beginning of the week.
OA Crackerbarrel and Open Lodge Meeting - Following the OA Ceremony/Campfire each Friday
PLEASE NOTE THAT CALL OUT CEREMONIES WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAYS...NOT WEDNESDAYS
All Brothers and those selected to the Order of the Arrow that evening are welcomed to the Dining Hall following the Campfire and Call Out Ceremony for a crackerbarrel/social. All those selected to the Order that evening are highly recommended to attend this crackerbarrel to meet with Brothers in the Order of the Arrow.
Following the crackerbarrel, there will be an Open Lodge meeting for all Brothers of t
